The ITS Experts was established in 1994. Over the last two decades, we have earned a reputation of extremely high quality in the electrical contracting and transportation industry. We specialize in the Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Technology and equipments and their associated communications, control, and display hardware. The ITS Experts installs, integrates, test, and maintains copper, fiber optic, wireless, and hybrid communications systems. Basic Diagnostic Service

Initial assessment and root cause identification

    • Power cable inspection (AC/DC, breakers, power meters, etc.)

    • Physical connection integrity (fiber, copper, ethernet)

    • IP configuration & basic network reachability check

     

  • Includes full diagnostic report

​Advanced Network & Communication Testing

In-depth troubleshooting of fiber, or copper communication links

 

  • Covers:

     

    • Network layer testing (ping, traceroute, switch/router interface analysis)

    • Fiber optic testing (OTDR, power meter)

    • Copper line testing (TDR, continuity, signal degradation)

    • Device-to-backend communication validation

Emergency Power & Connectivity Restoration

On-call rapid response to restore power or comms for mission-critical sites

 

  • Includes:

     

    • Temporary power restoration (if feasible)

    • Patch/repair minor fiber or copper damage on site

    • Bypass faulty network components where possible

     

  • Response within 4 hours (local region)
